Orders
Begin by selecting a garment from our collection, then choose your fabric, customizations, and measurements. If this is your first order, we recommend booking a consultation to ensure the perfect fit.
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Shirts require 3–5 weeks, while suits typically take 5–8 weeks depending on the complexity of construction and fabric availability. Evening wear and special commissions may take longer.
In select circumstances, we can accommodate accelerated timelines. Rush orders are subject to a 30% surcharge and depend on current atelier capacity. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States are delivered via FedEx Priority. International orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking and insurance.
Yes, all orders include complimentary shipping and insurance. Your garments are carefully packaged in our signature presentation box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Each garment is tissue-wrapped and placed in a LORO garment bag within our signature gift box. Suits are shipped on a travel hanger inside a rigid garment box to prevent creasing.
Returns & Alterations
As each garment is made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship — if there is a fit issue, we will alter the garment at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
Book an alteration appointment at our atelier or ship the garment to us with a detailed description of the adjustment needed. Minor alterations are typically completed within one week.
Your satisfaction is paramount. If a garment doesn't meet our shared expectations, we will work with you until it does — including remaking the piece if necessary.
Measurements
You have three options: visit our atelier for a professional measurement session, use our AI-powered body scan from home, or submit measurements taken by a local tailor using our measurement guide.
Our body scan technology achieves accuracy within 0.5cm for most measurements. For first-time clients, we recommend confirming scan results with a brief in-person or video consultation.
Yes, your measurement profile is securely stored in your account and refined with each subsequent order. Over time, your profile becomes increasingly precise.
Garment Care
Most cotton shirts can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. We recommend professional laundering for the best results. Linen shirts should be washed separately; silk shirts require dry cleaning.
Suits should be dry cleaned sparingly — we recommend brushing after each wearing and steaming to remove wrinkles. Rest suits for at least 48 hours between wearings and store on wide wooden hangers.
Yes, we offer a full restoration service for LORO garments. This includes re-pressing, button replacement, lining repair, and other restorative work. Contact us for a complimentary assessment.

Returns Policy
As each LORO garment is crafted to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns on custom orders. We do, however, guarantee our craftsmanship. If a garment does not meet our shared standards for fit and finish, we will alter it at no charge within 30 days of delivery — or remake it entirely.

All orders include complimentary worldwide shipping with full tracking and insurance. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days of completion. International orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
